We started in the real estate business in 1998 when Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty had one office and about 25 agents. Today through a state of the art training program we have 4 offices and over 130 agents that work with us.

Scott is the Sales Manager of Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty Panama City office and is very active in the Bay County Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Scott was the 2007 President, and has been the Chairman of Career Development for the education committee for 2004 & 2005. Scott has earned recognition as a Gold Club member for 2001 & 2002 for sales production in excess of 1.5 million dollars, & Platinum Club member for 2003 & 2004 for sales production in excess of 5 million. Scott is very involved in education of himself and his fellow Realtors and has earned CCDS (certified career development specialist) designation as well as the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, Jennifer was the 2007/2008 Director for the Bay County Association of Realtors, and is the 2007/2008 Leadership Development Chairperson and has earned several production awards as well as her Fine home Specialists Designation, from Prudential Real Estate. Scott and Jennifer are both members of the Bay County Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, all of which adhere to a strict Realtor Code of Ethics.

Jennifer has been licensed since 2000 and has worked in the property management business for a number of years before coming to Prudential. Her sales experience and skill working with people are evident in her 2005 Production which was over 8,000,000 and her 2006 Production which was over 6,000,000 in what most consider a "Down Market". She is very easy to talk to and is a master at marketing properties to get the most money in the shortest amount of time, with the least stress. Communication comes easy for Jennifer and sellers have consistently remarked that she has always stayed in contact with them and provided feedback on showings, advertising, inquiries, etc. Jennifer is one of the top producing agents at Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty for both listings and sales for the year 2005.

Scott and Jennifer are members of Northstar Church in Panama City , and are very active in the Youth and Children's ministry groups.
