GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL LOTS

  • All façades should be designed with the same architectural quality and detail as the front.
  • No garage doors shall face the street, unless set back 20 ft from the main house volume.
  • Houses with corner lot conditions shall be appropriately designed and detailed on all façades exposed to streets or other public views.
  • All private zones of houses with corner lot conditions or where private zones are visiblefrom the street should be screened from view with either architecture or masonry walls and appropriate landscape.
  • Where side yards are adjacent to rear yards of corner lots, the driveway on the adjacent lot (non-corner lot) shall be located on the opposite side of the lot from the corner lot.
